Sysco Community Relations Manager, Alfie MacLeod said, “This is another step towards implementation of the EDM Land Use Report that we released in 2002. The report indicates the development of a premier business park that has access by water, rail and an all-weather road system.” The EDM report is available under the Future Use section of this website. .

Along with the construction of the road, the plan includes moving the fence north and opening up the front end of the property for further development. A name change is planned for the property.
